I have a 1992 Champion that was made in York, Neb. and yes I have lived in it for going on 20 yrs. It has had it's disasters from almost the start. Had some repairs done with in the first yr, didn't come to me in the manner that we had order and had some of those things fixed. Shortly after the warranty was exhausted the second yr, we started with the leaks, around windows and the edges of the roof. Had to have someone fix it and found that they had not Finished the roof in spots. Now we are looking at replacing the roof as they didn't have enough venting for it.

Lumps in the carpet where they didn't remove material when laying carpet. The cabinet in the master bath has an edge broken. Employees are being verbally abused by supervisors on a daily basis. The supervisors do not care about quality of homes. The employees are being pushed to their limits and being bullied. Supervisors are verbally threatening to hurt the employees.

I am a single mom of 2 kids and can't believe the horrible service. I have hot air coming out of the attic area into the house and in this 105 heat it is miserable. I have contacted Brandon Firbaugh multiple times to come finish with no response. Its been 4 months and no one has finished its pathetic. The mobile home placeI bought it through has also tried to contact him along with the company that did the red carpet walkthrough and nothing.
